EAMCET Counselling  and AP EAMCET 2013 Web Counselling  start  from 19th August at apeamcet.nic.in and Step by Step Approach to EAMCET WEB BASED counselling: Here is good news for all the engineering aspirants who are waiting endlessly and eagerly waiting for the EAMCET counseling to begin. But with the intervention of the high court, government has came forward to issue the counseling notification and higher education council authorities are making elaborate arrangements for the counseling .

Web counseling facilitates students with sufficient time to think and choose their choice of course from the host of course options and from nearly 700 engineering collages in the state. 

Here is a Step by Step approach to the web based counseling.

Student can attend counseling centers, along with their parents or with their guardians. First, they have to register at the counseling centre by filling the registration form with their personal details along with their hall ticket number and EAMCET Rank. Registration should, be done very carefully and cautiously, as he will be called, for verification, based on his rank. Do not get confused at any stage; seek guidance form helpline centers put up at the counseling centers, without any hesitation.

For the verification process student should bring, all the relevant certificates in original.

· Rank card

· Hall ticket of entrance exam

· Memorandum marks of qualifying exam, in this case Intermediate

· Study certificates from 6th class onwards, to determine local/non local, which is essential to get the seat in the region you belongs to

· Cast certificates of BC/SC/ST or minority, if you claim seat on basis of reservation

· Income certificate, if you claim fees reimbursement.

After the verification process was completed student will be given due acknowledgement, after retaining the original certificates.

Issuing of acknowledgement means verification process is completed. 

After verification process a detailed booklet with, full details of colleges and courses that are available in the state, be given to student. Student has to read the booklet very carefully, and choose his choice of college and courses diligently. At this stage student can consult and seek guidance about the courses and colleges with their parents and resource persons and their seniors in making their choice.

If student has internet facility at home he can enter and open the wbsite http://apeamcet.nic.in, given in the booklet at the time of verification process, or at any internet café, to register their choice of options.

After login register your name and generate your password. Generating password is the important step and student should do with carefully. Student should generate a strong password and should not share it with anyone.

Fill up the form with your choice of courses and collages. Students are advised, to opt as many options he can to get optimum advantage. Mention clearly your options order wise collage code and course. Student should not forget to save his entries before logging out. 

One of the important features of the web counseling is, student can change his options as many times as he can before the last date. Change of options after the last date is not admissible. For multiple logins student need to generate strong password and should not share it with others and importantly he should save all his entries before logging out. Student should be alert and follow allotment process stage regularly.

Student assigned, to his choice of courses and collages, according to his rank and order of options and preference.

Sliding option be utilized by the student to shift or change his allotted course and college, by registering in second phase of counseling.

Students have to download the allotment order and challan form after allotment, and pay requisite fee and should submit both, at the allotted college to complete the admission process.

Verification of certificates: August 19th 2013

Options Registration: August 22nd 2013 to September 3rd

Change of options: September 4th

Seats Allotment: September 5th

Commencement of classes: September 10th or 11th
