§  Resolving the day-to-day problems of the user, customer satisfaction as a top priority as part of L2 support.
§  Handled critical issues promptly to ensure smooth running of the business.
§  Analyzing the errors, searching for route cause analysis and providing permanent solutions.
§  Solved the tickets based on severity level regular follow up activity will be done till the ticket is completely resolved.

§  Writing functional specifications for ABAP Development and supporting the technical team with the functional logic understanding.

                Started in the year of 1946 in Madras, as a small toy factory. The only Tyre Company having the entire range of tyres and Market leader in every segment. Having a strong dealer management of 6000 dealers around the country. Apart from the dealer sales, they supply tyres to the major customers like HAL, BHEL, TATA, VOLVO, RTC etc.and also export tyres to Srilanka, Malaysia like 15 countries. The entire business transaction running with SAP with turnover of 6500 crore.

Responsibilities
§  Resolving the day-to-day problems of the user, customer satisfaction as a top priority as part of L2 support.
§  Analyzing the errors, searching for route cause analysis and providing permanent solutions.
§  Interaction with the client for process clarification.
§  Creating FS for new processes.
§  Interacting with ABAP team to explain the functional flow and business logic for the enhancements.

Responsibilities

§  Customized the enterprise structure including defining the Sales Organization, Division, Distribution Channel, and assignments.
§  Configuration of various Account Groups to control field selection and assigns number ranges to customer master records.
§  Configuration of pricing procedures using condition technique, condition tables,  access sequence, condition types & determining the pricing procedure
§  Configured and customized of various Sales Documents, Item categories and schedule line categories based on process.
§  Configuring the special sales orders such as cash sales and rush order.
§  Configured Different types of Sales Documents for Customer Complaints like Credit Memo and Debit Memo requests, Returns.

The Company has 44 Sales Offices, which are profit centers, strategically located all over the country. It produces mattresses in 126 different configurations. With the implementation of SAP ERP, Kurlon joins a growing list of consumer product group companies using SAP solutions in India including prestigious names like HLL, Parle, Eureka Forbes, Tata Tea, Videocon, Heinz, Voltas, and Aravind Brands. All the centers are working on and trade terms. The Company products are exported to West Asia viz; U.A.E., Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, UK, Europe, South and East of Africa, Indian Ocean rim, South East and Far East country.

The company also provides a broad range of trauma, dental implant, and orthopedic surgical products. Currently, they operate in US, Europe, Australia and South Africa. This project was for extending the Europe implementation of SAP to Denmark and Norway.

Project Description


This was the initial phase of the project where we had to come up with a Gap analysis of the existing blueprint and suggest how we can address this with SAP. It was a project about process study of Zimmer business and suggest improvement.

Project Description

Eli Lilly is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies of world. They are into drug manufacturing and distribution of human drugs and animal drugs across different nations.
It is currently running on SAP in most of the modules. I was a part of the Order-to-Cash division of the Valuation & Control group. This division handles all issue starting from order creation till customer payment in SAP.  It also handles the Global Trade Services module of SAP. I was also the offshore module lead and took care of the project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
·       Understanding business need related to Sales and Distribution and provide solution within stringent time lines.
·       Direct interaction with client to understand their need and resolve issues
·       Preparing and updating of documents and adhering to strict FDA regulation. These documents include different Functional specifications and configuration documents.
·       Preparing test scenarios and test cases for Integration testing and Regression testing.
·       Understanding the business process and suggesting for improvement.
·       Provide Knowledge Sharing sessions among the team.
·       Mentoring the new joiners in the team to come on board in the project.
·       Working on the short projects within the team.
·       Involved in development of various output types, reports, credit management, foreign trade and global trade services set-ups, automatic cash clearing and bill of exchange clearing set-ups.
·       Involved in various interface integration like Catalyst for WM activities was integrated with delivery creation of SAP, external customer systems integration with SAP sales order creation and cash clearing, integration of SAP GTS with German custom department ATLAS.
