Indian Army Recruitment 2013: Indian army is the huge human resource organization with 1.1 million serving men force, its cantonments and branches spread out across India. Indian Army one of the largest public employers in India has notified 60 vacancies under UES University entry scheme for engineering graduates of various faculties.
Under this scheme, army picks up students who are pursuing their Engineering pre final study directly, from the universities.
Position: 24th UES for permanent commission.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600 – Rs. 39,100, on commission.
Eligibility conditions for Indian Army permanent commission recruitment:
Must be a Indian Citizen
Should be studying in Engineering pre final year i.e. Third Year.
Age Limit: 24 yrs
Physical Standards:
Height: 157.5 cm. Relaxation of 5cm for North East candidates.
Vision: Distant vision, Better 6/6, worse 6/18 and myopic not more than 3.5
Mode of Selection:
Selections are, based on SSB Services Selection Board interviews, which comprises Psychological tests, Group discussion and interview.
Method of Submission: Application on plain paper in prescribed format given in website WWW.joinindianarmy.nic.induly filled along with all relevant enclosures be sent to, respective commands. I.e. Southern Command, Eastern Command etc.
Selected candidates are, given one year training at IMA Deharadun and commissioned as, Lieutenant Rank.
