DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE Govt OF ODISHA Recruitment 2013:Government of Odisha has, notified huge vacancies for recruitment on contractual basis in its Mobile Medical Teams under RSBK Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram, and NRHM National Rural Health Mission.

Pay Scales:

For Ayush Doctors, Consolidated pay of Rs. 12, 000/- plus incentives.

For Pharmacist, Consolidated pay of Rs. 5, 2 00/- plus incentives.

For Staff Nurse, Consolidated pay of Rs. 5, 2 00/- plus incentives.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Educational Qualification:

For Ayush Doctors, BAMS / BHMS

For Pharmacist, Diploma in Pharmacy

For Staff Nurse, Pass in Nursing and Midwifery course.

Age limit:

Maximum age limit for Ayush doctors is 37 yrs.

Maximum age limit for Pharmacist and Staff Nurse is 32 yrs.

Age relaxation norms are applicable to eligible candidates.

Selection Mode:

Selection is, based on, career weight age procedure.

Method of Submission:

Application form shall be, submitted by the applicant in online mode only by visiting www.nrhmorissa.gov.in

Applicant should fill application form carefully, cautiously and correctly with all the relevant details.

Applicant is, advised to take a print out of the Application form, after completion of submission process, and should sent it with all relevant enclosures by speed post / Registered Post / Courier to District Mission Directors of respective district.

If Applicant desires he can keep hard copy of application form for future reference
