Eligibility Criteria for APPSC  Panchayat Secretary:

Age Limit for this post: Candidate’s minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 36 years of age. Age relaxation is available as per the rules of Government, Andhra Pradesh. 

Educational Qualification for this post: The candidates applying for the Sub-ordinate post under APPSC are eligible only after the completion of Degree from any recognized university in India which is established or incorporated by or under central Act, State Act or a Provisional Act or the institution should be recognized by University Grants Commission.

Application fee and Submission Procedure or How to Apply AP Panchayat Secretary Recruitment 2013-14

The application fee is Rs.180/- for the reserved category and Rs.100/- for the unreserved category. The fee for the APPSC recruitment can be paid in one of the branches of State Bank of India or Mee seva centres or Aponline centers and obtain the journal number in the first assistance. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC of Andhra Pradesh are exempted from fee payment. Physically handicapped candidates and Ex-servicemen are also exempted from fee payment. 

The application form should be submitted through online mode. The candidates are instructed to visit the official website www.apspsc.gov.in and follow the instructions to apply online. The hard copy of the application should be preserved till the examination completes. 

Written Examination mode: The candidate is required to attempt 150 marks question paper. The question paper contains 150 questions carrying each mark.

Selection Mode or Selection Procedure: The selection process is made on the basis on the candidate’s merit list in written examination.
