South Central Railway Recruitment cell 2013:South Central Railway Recruitment cell notified, 61 vacancies under C & D categories, against sports quota in all its divisions including its Workshops and Depots.
South Central Railway functions from SecunderaBad headquarters, with six divisions of SecunderaBad, HyderaBad, Vijaywada, Guntikal, Guntur and Nanded.
Recruitments notified under following fields are,
Athletics, Weightlifting, Hockey, Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Wrestling, Basketball, Badminton and Handball etc.
Pay Scale: Rs 5200 – Rs 20200, with Rs. 1800/- Grade Pay.
Eligibility Norms:
Sports Norms: Eligibility Norms are vary, according to the Grade Pay of the job category.
For Rs 2800 Grade Pay, candidates should represent the country in A category sporting events.
For Rs 2000 Grade Pay, candidates should represent the country in B category sporting events.
For Rs 1800, Grade Pay candidate should represent the county in C category sporting events.
Educational Qualifications:
For GP of Rs.2000, and Rs. 1800, Pass in 10thstandard or ITI pass are, eligible to apply.
For GP of Rs.2800, Graduation Pass in any subject, are eligible to apply.
Age limit:
Candidates between 18 yrs – 25 yrs are eligible. Age relaxation norms are applicable to eligible SC/ST and OBC candidates against submission of relevant certificates only.
Mode of Selection:
Selection is, based on Trial Assessment of sports achievements and Personality Test. Candidates who qualify in Trials are, called for next stage of selections.
Examination Fee:
Rs. 2800, GP candidates have to pay Rs60/- as exam fee, through IPO Indian Postal Order only, along with the application form.
Rs. 2000, GP candidates have to pay Rs 40 as exam fee, through IPO Indian Postal Order only, along with the application form.
Fees relaxation norms are applicable for eligible candidates.
Method of Submission: Applications are to be, submitted in prescribed format given in the notification on good quality A4 size paper, along with all the relevant attachments like,

Postal Order of Exam fee
Certificates of, Sports Achievements.

Caste Certificate of SC/ST and OBC for claim of reservation, to be enclose with the application form.
