Directorate of Government Examinations of the Department of Secondary Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh has notified SSC Secondary School Certificate examination Time Table to be, held in March 2014. SSC is the public examination for the secondary school final year students.
In the state of Andhra Pradesh (AP)10th standard Secondary School Education is, known as SSC Secondary School Certificate. Secondary School Certificate (SSC) is the minimum prescribed qualification for most of the entry-level public employment. SSC examination has its own importance in terms of serous preparation and efforts from the students and smooth conduct of the examination as well as evaluation, publication of the results, and issuing of certificates, from Directorate of Government Examinations.
In Andhra Pradesh Directorate of Government Examinations is the official entity with a mandate to smooth and efficient conduct of all the examinations related to secondary education.
Directorate of Public Examinations has also extended the last date of examination fees payment date for both regular and private candidates.

Last date for the payment of examination fees with a late fee is, 18 – 12 – 2013, to the Headmaster concerned of the school from where student is intends to appear the SSC examination.
